Letter to his family, 1919.

Letter to his family, dated 28 August 1919, on the letterhead of the Mission Anglo-Américaine de la Société des Amis (Friends War Victims Relief Committee) in Paris. He encloses a copy of a letter to him from the Mission, dated 19 August 1919, informing him that he has won one of the scholarships awarded by the Mission for study at Woodbrooke in Birmingham, England. One of the signatures on this letter reads "J. Edward Harvey," the other is difficult to read.
